Return Policy


We don't have a direct exchange for products that have been purchased from our online store, but we accept returns. This is permitted within 1 week from delivery date, and the amount will be added to your wallet once the return is processed to use for later purchasing (no credit or cash refund).
We do not have a Cash Refund Policy. We can only add the amount of the returned item/s to your wallet which can be used for future purchase (excluding the shipping fees).
Items must be in good condition with its original packaging/tags and invoice.
No store return for the online purchases.
Additional delivery charge of 15 AED (or more for bulk orders) will be deducted from The Returned Amount on your wallet (for returning delivery).
The original delivery charge will not be returned.
We will arrange a pickup via courier.

Non-returnable items:

• Products damaged by misuse or showing signs of wear.
• Products that have been used.
• Specific categories like: innerwear, fragrances, health and beauty, socks and clothing freebies etc.
• Products with tampered or missing serial numbers.
• Anything missing from the package you’ve received including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and accessories.
• Fragile items, hygiene related items.
• Cosmetics such as make up, lipsticks, lotions etc.
• Lingerie, undergarments, swimwear & socks cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
• Jewelry, disposable items such as nappies, or nursing and maternity products like bottle warmers, if their packaging has been opened.
• Toiletries, perfumes and cosmetics.
• Bedding, mattresses, bath products, kids' products, pillows, sheets, comforters, bed-in-a-bag, duvets, duvet covers, memory foam, towels and bathrobes that have been removed from their packaging.
• Products that have already been assembled, unless there is a manufacturing defect.
