Damaged Items

Damaged/Defective Items:

• Damaged or incorrect items will be full refunded with any shipping fees applied.
• Send us an email to with a photo of the damaged or defective item within 24 hours upon receiving the order.
   We will review your email and contact you for assistance.
• A pick-up will be scheduled by one of our courier services.
• Pack the item in its original state and packaging. Hand over the package to the courier representative.
• Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund.
